Cancellation and Refund Policy
Titania Academy strives to provide flexibility and transparency regarding cancellations and refunds for our courses. If you wish to cancel your course enrolment up until 60 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the paid amount, subject to an administrative fee of 25%.
Refund request made after this period of 60 days before of the course date, will not be processed, and the course fee will be non-refundable.
To ask for a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer care team with your request, including relevant details such as your order number. We are committed to ensuring a fair and straightforward process for cancellations, while also respecting the time and effort invested in preparing for the course.
*If for any unexpected reason Titania Academy cancels your course, the amount paid will be refunded, but with an operational fee of 10%.
